When installing/reinstalling Hazel, does it overwrite the existing database?
The hazel installer does not overwrite existing settings and databases.

My trial period has expired. What do I do?
The trial version is usually bundled with a free 30 day evaluation period. Please contact hazel development or your software vendor to request for the license registration key. The key is sent once the full payment has been made.
Why does HazelFTP disconnect after idle?
FTP servers are usually configured to disconnect FTP clients when the client is idle. This is to save resources. You will need to reconnect to continue working.

Do the installers support command line parameters?
Yes, all Hazel installers support command line parameters:
For example "C:\HazelPFSInstaller.exe" /SILENT
Other parameters include: /SP- /SILENT, /VERYSILENT /NORESTART /SUPPRESSMSGBOXES /LOG /LOG="filename" /NOCANCEL /NORESTART
What operating systems are supported?
Supported > Windows 98, XP, ME, 2000 2003 Server, Vista, Vista Ultimate and Windows 7.
Unsupported > Linux, Unix, Mac
Windows 7 may require administrator permissions to install successfully.
